"Good thing you seem like you'd be worth a lot of trouble, otherwise I'd be worried about heading off with you to see a bunch of dinosaurs," Aidan joked.

Aidan considered if he should show her to use the gun for about half a second before the biting lip and big curious eyes got to him. He could have resisted, you build up an immunity to that sort of thing over time, but in this case it seemed more fun to indulge.

"Sure," he said with a nod. He pulled the gun out of the makeshift holster and put an arm around her waist, gently pushing her so that he was behind her, handing her the gun.

"This way if I get eaten, you can try to avenge me."
