"A nurse? Really?" Coraline asked surprised and pleased by that. Coraline laughed, though she didn't nudge him this time all too aware of the gun in her hand. "Maybe you should get proper medical attention and then I'll come and make you feel better afterwards."

Coraline took a breath, stepping into Aidan's arms as he wrapped them around her. Looking at the gun and focusing on her hands she took a breath before repeating the rules back to him.

"Rule number one always treat the gun as if it's loaded. Number two, no pointing it anyone or anything unless I'm shooting. Number three, no trigger happy fingers. Keep them off the trigger until ready. And four, always be sure of your target and what's behind it. Did I get them right?" Coraline asked, glancing at him with a pleased smile on her face.
