"We believe that the Decepticons think that if they kidnap Sam, they will be able to harness equations of the All Spark," Optimus explained.

"Whoa, whoa," Sam said, waving his hands. "That stuff is all gone, it's not in my head anymore. No more tripping balls on alien magic. I'm clean. I haven't All Spark Shardes since that one time and all that stuff is gone."

Sam had not enjoyed that time at all and really wished that it would just stay behind him.

"The human brain is marvelous, it never truly forgets anything," Optimus explained. "They wish to attempt to force to to remember."
