There were three chasers freezing their balls (or imaginary balls) off. There was one tired seeker. There were two insane beaters hitting each other to warm up. And one keeper finally announcing, after at least four hours, that practise was finally over. Coraline was exhausted, she loved Quidditch and flying and everything but it was exhausting especially on a full course load and especially when all she wanted to do was curl up in bed and snuggle with her best friend(s).

Except Josh had a date with the full moon which was his stupid new girlfriend Nora's nickname. And Sally was in Slytherin, so that was out unless she fancied getting a detention for sneaking in which she really did not fancy at all. Which meant she only had one option- a slightly awkward ever so occasionally option. Especially if he hadn't shaved. Which she was hoping he had for her sanity (and her cheeks!)

Flying up to the boys dorms, Coraline stumbled through the open window before shutting it behind her. Hiding her kit underneath Josh's, good old reliable trustworthy Josh, bed. Coraline tugged her gloves off before drawing back his curtains.

"Aidan! Budge up, it's freezing." Coraline said, wriggling out of her quidditch robes and discarding her wellies before she slipped into bed with him. "Oh my Merlin I'm so cold."
